Founded in mid-2006, David Spencer-HR Consulting Limited specialises in offering companies practical HR and employee relations solutions. David Spencer is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a Member of the Institute of Directors. He has been a Non-Judicial Member of the Employment Tribunal for over 20 years. David is assisted by a number of HR and specialist Associates and by his Trusted Partners, who deliver a range of complementary business services.
The Consultancy has supported clients in the automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, construction, engineering, financial services, manufacturing, packaging and retail sectors and in public services. We believe in building long-term, informal, relationships with our clients assisting them to implement key business events, often working as an extension of their in-house HR teams. Equally, we work with SMEs who have no HR function, ensuring they are able to handle people issues effectively and are legally compliant with documents and policies.
Clients of our business since its inception in mid-2006 have included Alcan Inc. (Engineering, Packaging and Composites divisions), Interserve plc, Rolls-Royce, New Look, Isban UK (Santander), Amtek, Cornelius Beverage Technologies, Semta Group, Lisi Aerospace, Babcock International, PeopleServe, Birmingham City Council, Hayward Tyler Group and Ricoh (UK).
